I reached the twilight zone. I need to downsize and be able to care for things within my own strength. I lived in this fantastic area for 35 years. Moved in a pristine zone which has now become commercial. I am open to all options such as sell, ground lease, start a business development venture. I will take any suggestions and advise. The property is now the heart of Millbrook in Elmore County, Alabama. It is the fastest growing area. I see our ex cotton fields mutating into apartments and new neighborhoods. Beautiful shopping areas and private business are moving in. Banks, Credit Unions, Churches of all denominations, schools and private schools, medical centers. My pristine nature is no longer pristine.
