Millbrook

The old manor showed on tinahasit.com was built in 1885 with sun dried heart of pine 4X8's.
It was in Robinson Springs, which is now incorporated in the city of Millbrook.
Robinson Springs in the past was a resort where people would go to drink the pure water from the springs, rich of minerals and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the park.
What is now the back of the manor used to be the front and it was all bricked in. Everything was rural. Water came to the well from the natural springs.
Tina reopened the well and uses the natural spring water to grow fantastic flowers and vegetables, as well as drinking it for good health
The well was discovered by accident. A tree fell and broke the concrete top that covered it. Tina looked into it and saw her image reflected way on the bottom.
The well had to be built during the Confederate War, when the property was used as a military encampment.
